Example Trouble Ticket

The first screen is what the customer gets on the website and in an email, confirming the ticket was opened.  A copy is also sent to our dispatch email.

The second screen shot is what the customer can log in to see all pending tickets.

The third screen shot is the details of the working tickets all through the changes until it is closed. The customer is able to add messages if they  so desire. Each time it is updated, a message is sent to all parties. Let me know if you need anything else.
